Through United Way's "Stuff the Bus" campaign, many local businesses and individuals help to provide school supplies to those in need. These supplies will be distributed on:

Please be aware that supplies are limited and will be passed out on a first-come, first-served basis.
Several school districts have recently received inquiries about their drinking water and whether or not it has been tested for lead. The St. Helens School District’s most recently tested all of our schools and buildings in 2008 and found no issues with lead. In response to current concerns in other districts we have started the process of retesting our water to help assure the safety for students and community patrons. If we find a concern, we will take immediate action and notify our community. The District is currently working on a comprehensive radon testing plan that will comply with the ORS 322.166-167. The plan will be submitted to the Oregon Health Authority before the September deadline.
