2017-2018 Budget Committe Meeting Agendas & Minutes
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the St. Helens School District 502, Columbia, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, will be held at the District Office, 474 N. 16th Street, St. Helens, OR. The meeting will take place on May 3, 2017 at 6:30 PM.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 4th at the District Office between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. A nominal fee of $3.00 will be charged to offset printing costs for copies.
