• Locally Developed Technical Skill Assessments (TSA) (Region 2A)


    These assessments are developed in Region 2A for Washington and EasternColumbia counties, PAVTEC and Portland Community College.


    Locally developed and ODE approved technical skill assessments can be used for the technical skill attainment measurement required by Perkins IV. The assessments listed below have been approved. Refer to the Oregon Skill Sets for a complete list of approved assessments sorted by cluster and focus area. Information on approval oflocally produced assessments can be found here

     

     

    Assessment: Advanced Building Construction
    Level: Secondary
    CIP Code: 4600
    Proficiency Level: Combined score of 80% or above for all three assessments with no single portion scored lower than 70%.
    Description: A three-item portfolio assessment with scoring rubric that is administered twice during the Advanced Building Construction Class as well as a written final test. Developed for use at Forest Grove High School.
