The Federal Programs department encompasses the services of Title Programs(Title I-A, Title II-A, Title III and Title IV-A), Foster Care POC and McKinney-Vento.

Oversight of the following Federal Programs:
- Title I-A (Elementary ESEA- provides financial assistance to local educational agencies (LEA) and schools with high numbers or high percentages of children from low-income families to ensure that all children meet challenging state academic standards.
- Title II-A (Supporting Effective Instruction)
- Title III (English Language Learners and Immigrant Youth)
- Title IV-A (Student Support & Academic Enrichment Grant (SSAE))
- Other Duties: Progress Monitoring Tools (elementary), Dyslexia, Response to Intervention, Support for Youth who are Homeless, Support for Youth in Foster Care, Summer Academy.
Support of the following Federal Programs:
- McKinney-Vento Liaison
- Support of students who are homeless, or are at risk of becoming homeless
- McKinney-Vento Intake and Referral form: Intake & Referral Form
- Foster Care Point of Contact
- Liaison between the school district and DHS, coordinate transportation to maintain school of origin stability
