Child Nutrition: Fueling Students for Success

Families can submit an online or paper Confidential Family Application to see if they qualify for free and reduced-priced meals.

SHHS Meal Prices:  $1.75 Breakfast  -  $3.50 Lunch

All other St. Helens School Schools offer free breakfast and lunch.


The Oregon Fueling Students For Success provision allows many more families the opportunity to qualify for meal benefits. For instance, a family of four will qualify if their annual income is under $90,000, (For each additional household member, add $15,420.00 annually). Income guidelines can be seen by clicking on the application packet tabs below. 

Applications are included in your back to school packets; available at each school and at the SHSD District Office and can be printed below.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 Complaint form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
