Hello Choir Families!
As many of you are aware, schools are officially closed for the remainder of the school year. We're going to be completing our choral work through distance learning. I have linked to the resources page below.

I understand that this is a stressful time. I aim to provide a space and foundation for students to connect, engage, and sing. Support each other, care for each, and maintain hope. This is not how we imagined the end of this school year and I miss you all. We will get through this together. Please email me if you have any questions or concerns: linneah@sthelens.k12.or.us.

Degrees and Certifications:
Bachelors of Music Education with a Choral Music emphasis Minor in German
Ms. Linnea Heichelheim
Linnea Heichelheim grew up in Beaverton surrounded by music and art. She often tutored her peers and discovered her love teaching choirs by mentoring those around her. Through music, she had the opportunity to travel to London and Paris, and various towns and throughout Germany, Italy, Austria, and China. She completed her Bachelors of Music Education with an emphasis on choir through Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, just north of Chicago. While in college, she spent her time singing in choirs, learning as many instruments as she could her hands on, and developing her proficiency in German. Ms. Heichelheim also spent her weekends mentoring students at the Cook County Juvenile Detention Center in music composition, and working back stage at one of university concert halls. Since graduating, Ms. Heichelheim spent time teaching music in Beaverton. On the weekends, she enjoys kayaking, sewing, and drawing. She is incredibly excited about the growing choral program here in St. Helens and is eager to continue building the choral program.
