Principal, St. Helens High School

2022-2023 marks my fifth year as principal at St. Helens High School and my ninth as a high school administrator. I am proud to call this community my home! Before becoming an administrator, I spent 10 years teaching middle and high school music and science in Beaverton and Portland. Growing up in a small town in North County San Diego, I am glad I returned to my small town roots. I am married with four children - a pediatric med-surg Registered Nurse, a recent graduate of St. Helens High School school, a student at St. Helens Middle School and a Mini Mustang at McBride Elementary. I am a life-long learner who is committed to leading with a whole-child approach to education. I look forward to continuing to build strong relationships with our families and community members.
