Plymouth High School Public Safety Message 12.9.2022

The St. Helens School District is dedicated to maintaining a strong partnership with parents to provide the very best education for our students. The key to that partnership is open communication.

This message is to inform parents that at approximately 9:20 am this morning, Plymouth High School was placed on ‘Hold’ due to a student's dysregulation, during which the student was attended to by school personnel and outside agencies. When a school or classroom is placed on ‘Hold,’ all students and staff are to stay where they are and keep the area clear.

For the safety of our students and staff, our district, along with local emergency response personnel, follow the I Love U Guys Safety Protocols. If you want further information on how we use these protocols to respond to incidents when they arise, you may review this information on our webpage HERE. All those within the building are safe, and we would like to thank students and staff for calmly and quickly following the protocols for such events to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
