At the St. Helens School District, we are committed to maintaining a strong partnership with parents like you as we work together to provide the very best education for our students. One fundamental aspect of this partnership is open communication.

Today, at approximately 12:50 p.m., the Clark Wing at Lewis & Clark Elementary was placed on 'Hold' due to a student medical emergency, during which local paramedics attended to the student. When a school is placed on 'Hold,' it means that all students and staff are to stay where they are and keep the area clear. At approximately 1:09p.m., the 'Hold' was lifted, and classes resumed their regular schedule. 

For the safety of our students and staff, our district, along with local emergency response personnel, follow the I Love U Guys Safety Protocols.
