    OSAA/SHHS Academic eligibility:

    Student-athletes must be passing five (5) of eight (8) classes and be on track to graduate.

    Beginning of sophomore year student-athletes must have earned 4.5 credits:
    Beginning of junior year - 10 credits;
    Beginning of senior year - 17 credits.

    A completed physical form is required for all  9th grade students, all 11th grade students and first time participants dated after June 15th of the calendar year. The physical form must be turned in prior to the first tryout.  Forms are available here or in the Athletic Office.  Physicals are valid for two years.

    Proof of insurance must be provided where indicated on Family ID.

     

    Students must complete the ImPACT Concussion Test, free of charge. Only those students that have not ever taken the test,  have a test that is expired, or the test will expire before the end of the season, should take the test.  Parents/guardians will receive a notice 45 days prior to the test expiring.  The link to the test and customer code is attached at the end of FamilyID registration.  The test is valid for two years.

    Make sure to use a parent/guardian email address for the account owner and make sure that both parent/guardian and student sign where indicated. 


    If you have already registered for a sport, you will not have to re-register.  Sign in with your log in info and pick the sport or sports that your student would like to participate in.
