Students must have on file in the athletic office a record of a current physical examination and a current ImPact test. All current and incoming 9th grade, 11th grade, and first time participants at St Helens High School need a physical examination on file, dated after June 15th.
Physical examinations must be submitted prior to tryouts and are valid for two years.

Students must complete the ImPACT Concussion Test, free of charge. The test is taken online. The test is valid for two years. The information on how to access this test is located on the last page of the Family ID registration process. The test must be completed prior to tryouts. Access information may also be received from the athletic department.
